POLICE are appealing for help after a £5,000 burglary at a family-run gardening business. The thieves made off with a Honda TRX 500 quad bike, a Stihl petrol strimmer, two Paslode nail guns and a Dewalt drill following a raid on JK Gardening Services in Crofty Industrial Estate near Penclawdd. It is understood the burglars cut the lock on the gate of the compound before forcing a door on the building. Detectives are urging anyone with information on the June 1 raid, or anyone who is offered the items for sale, to come forward.
