| Richmond College students cook up a jubilee storm
Serving up a feast fit for royalty, catering students at Richmond College showed off their culinary skills when they launched their diamond jubilee menu. Each course was made to have a royal connection, and included the likes of Windsor Court salad, grilled salmon Balmoral and Cherry Royale. Catering student Daniele Giraud said: "We had a very busy three days but this is such an exciting opportunity for the catering students to cook and serve for a large number of people and I am confident that all of our guests had a wonderful time. The 250 customers also had the opportunity to take part in a quiz on events occurring over the past 60 years of the Queen's reign. |
