10000 flock to new Alliance mobile site Alliance Online's new mobile site - which allows caterers to order its catering equipment via a smartphone - has attracted more than 10,000 unique visits since its launch last September and is changing the buying patterns of its customers. "There's little gap between weekday and weekend sales, whereas weekday sales have been traditionally stronger on our webpage," said Mike Hardman at Alliance. "Some of our strongest sales have been on a Sunday, which I don't think we've ever seen online before."
