ome style: Creating a property office that works for you

Thanks to technology, many of us log a good deal of work hours from home. Be sure to pick a chair that fits you well, providing plenty of support for your back and arms.

Before you can design an office space that's effective, you must think about who is working there.

2. Then you will wish to invest in a perfect chair and ottoman, and add a sizable side table to hold papers, coffee and phone.

If you don't need the storage a desk offers, you could prefer an architect's drafting table with a large surface on which to spread out.

If you're going to entertain clients in your property office, you might wish to divide the room -- section off a workstation, then create a meeting area, either with a table or a cluster of chairs.
