FLORENCE, SC - Suzanne Galloway has made a career out of bringing good taste to the Pee Dee. As the restaurant's new catering director, she will be using her 20-plus years of experience to add that elegant "Galloway touch" to business and social gatherings. Think about it. Where do you take an executive arriving in town on a Sunday evening for a quiet business dinner? . After moving her Hobnob operations to Hartsville a few years ago, Galloway is becoming a presence once again in Florence through a partnership with Victor's Bistro. Victor's will likewise serve as the exclusive caterer for all events at the Hobnob Gourmet store in Hartsville, that will serve as a private event venue for meetings, corporate gatherings and parties. "We are very excited about our partnership with Suzanne and with Hobnob Gourmet," said Tim Norwood, owner of Victor's Bistro. "From themed tablescapes to attractively packaged gourmet box lunches, Galloway said she is eager to bring her hallmark touches to both venues, as well as to the boardroom and beyond. "They need a private place to entertain and meet with visiting business people. "Hartsville and Florence businesses particularly need this," said Galloway.
