| Vidal Sasson Remembered in Mishawaka Vidal Sassoon, a man once described as the Versace of hair design, is being remembered today across the world, and right here at home. "Fantastic hair dressers out there, all over the world and in Michiana also, we have some fantastic hair dressers here and whether they know it or not, it's all inspired by this guy right here," she said. Gail Getz of Mishawaka-based Salon Rouge grew fond of Sassoon during the fifteen years she worked for him. She now insures that all of her stylists undergo Sassoon's training program before ever picking up a pair of scissors. Vidal Sassoon died yesterday at his Los Angeles home. |
