Easter fun at Catshill Animal Adoption Centre

A CATSHILL animal adoption centre is inviting people to its Easter Fun Day.

Blue Cross Animal Adoption Centre, in Wildmoor Lane, is holding the annual event this Saturday, April 7, between 10am-3pm.

Visitors will be able to join in with a number of activities including an Easter egg hunt, with a themed hamper for the winner.

There will also be a tombola, guessing games, and raffles during the day.

A new addition this year is an Easter quiz, with the winner receiving a Cadbury World shop voucher.

Hot and cold refreshments will also be available during the day.

Neil Edwards, manager of the Catshill centre, said: "Not only will our fun day be a great day out for all of the family, but all the proceeds from the event will really assist keep our homeless pets happy and healthy during their stay at the centre.

"We are so grateful for the continued support from local animal lovers and hope to see a great turn out on the day."

The centre receives no government funding, and relies on public donations.
