Bovay Expands Its Engineering Team

Bovay Engineers International, a full-service, multi-discipline consulting firm since 1946 offering a full range of technologies with specializations in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services has added four new Engineers to their staff. He also has a wealth of experience in security fire alarm systems and radio reporting systems, that include design and installation of intrusion detection systems to meet seismic design criteria. Eugene's broad electrical and mechanical engineering background includes hospital, municipal street lighting, power distribution, industrial site lighting and all elements of electrical design and he has also provided controls engineering and power distribution for municipal public works facilities, for both overhead and underground systems. With the knowledge, creativity, and technological background in Architecture, Eduardo is an excellent addition to Bovay's renowned design team. Leading the expanded team is Eugene C. Eduardo Lopez, who has fifteen years of experience in different commercial, industrial, and residential projects, adds to Bovay's already stellar Design team. He has also worked in numerous industrial building projects like the New Holland Manufacturing Plant and Corporate Headquarters, and his professional experience has provided him with the significant capability to handle projects as soon as possible, to satisfy client needs while paying meticulous attention to detail. With the addition of the new staff, Bovay has now amassed a team with a combined experience of over a hundred years in Engineering and Design services which includes HVAC, Security Systems Technology, Assessments, Energy Efficiency and Construction and Project Management. Eduardo has extensive experience in Hospitality Design with more than one hundred and fifty completed projects for many well-known franchises including Marriott, Sheraton, and the Hiltons Gardens. The final new member joining the team is Mr. Crisitan Mora, who will be a graduate of the University of Houston and has amassed five years of professional-related experience ranging from Storm Drainage Design and Land Development, Mechanical Design/Analysis, Electrical design, and Drafting duties for various Engineering firms in Houston. Bowman who personally has over fifty years of professional engineering experience in design, management and construction administration of many various types of Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical projects. The second most senior member of the expanded Bovay Team is Robert Alonso, a plumbing designer with over twenty years of design and code administration experience. He has had practical experience operating within the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems and has an extensive understanding of private commercial projects as well. Eugene has managed quality assurance activities for multidiscipline A/E projects and has provided electrical power, lighting, and electronics control system design and management for a variety of projects, many involving heavy lighting, power distribution and communication systems. He has been still liable for design and conceptual designs of plumbing and fire protection systems for new construction and renovation projects for various facilities, including the preparation and coordination of working drawings and specifications with the additional experience in conducting field construction reviews. Bovay's expertise extends to many markets including aviation, institutional, higher education, K-12, local government, healthcare, industrial, and even federal projects. An in-depth knowledge of a number of industries has resulted in successful, award-winning projects and Bovay's portfolio represents a wide selection of qualifications in various markets.
